Calfoam® ES-302 is a sodium laureth sulfate containing an average of 2 moles of ethylene oxide; it is and produced via Pilot Chemical’s state-of-the-art continuous sulfation technology, which yields very high purity, sparkling clarity, low salt and low color. Recommended for application in personal care products and household/ industrial cleaners. Sodium Laureth Sulfate. Calfoam® ES-302 acts as a surfactant that is used in shampoos, bubble baths, body wash, wool wash, cleaners, and emulsification. Offers very good flash foaming, foam stability, air entrainment, detergency, and mildness. Addition of inorganic salts produces remarkable increases in viscosity, making economical formulas possible. Relatively unaffected by hard water and is biodegradable.
