It favourably modify the moisture content and elasticity of the skin. Because of its slight exfoliation effect deriving from the natural intrinsic properties of malic acid, it is also useful for cosmetic products designed to improve the appearance and softness of the skin as well as to prevent formation of small wrinkles.
Use skin care emulsions and gels; body preparations; cleansing lotions and liquids; face and neck preparations; night skin care formulations; masks: from 2 to 5%.
