Product Description
Paraffins are refined mixtures of solid linear hydrocarbons C20-C45, with 50-90% N-Alkanes. They are excellent at gelling oils, but don't have the binding capacity of the Microcrystalline waxes. Typical melt point for cosmetic waxes are 50-65C, and these are known for hardness and shine. Hair gels and ointments would be typical uses.
